Vision Nissan Canandaigua - 2024 Nissan Rogue

For the 2024 model year, Nissan’s Rogue, the brand’s most popular vehicle in the United States market, undergoes a subtle redesign. However, this update does not deviate from its essential attributes as a mainstream compact crossover. The Nissan Rogue SUV maintains its commendable features, including significant technological updates and an appealing aesthetic. Notably, the lower trims—S and SV—continue to offer remarkable value for money, contributing to its status as the most sought-after Nissan vehicle in the United States. To further enhance the car’s appeal to potential buyers, the automaker has introduced numerous new features in the 2024 model.

The 2023 Rogue featured a relatively modest nine-inch infotainment touchscreen exclusively on the premium Platinum trim. However, for 2024, the touchscreen dimensions have undergone an enhancement. Specifically, the top-tier trims—SL and Platinum—now incorporate Google built-in technology. This advanced system, accessible through the trims’ upgraded 12.3-inch touchscreen and seamlessly integrated into the vehicle, operates via a 4G LTE modem. In essence, users no longer need to pair or connect their smartphones to utilize this feature. The system includes applications such as Google Assistant, Google Maps, and even more from the Play Store.

Thanks to Google Assistant, users can rely on voice commands for simple tasks such as sending text messages, making calls, and playing music. Additionally, accessing Google information, such as saved locations on Maps from other browsers or devices, is facilitated by signing into the SUV’s infotainment system. To accommodate iPhone users, Apple CarPlay is a standard feature across all variants. On the SL and Platinum versions, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are available wirelessly, while on the lower-level trims with eight-inch infotainment units, they can be accessed via a wired connection. Notably, the all-new 2024 Rogue will exclusively feature USB-C charging ports. Additional technological enhancements on the upper trims include:

  • Amazon Alexa connectivity
  • SiriusXM with 360L, leveraging both streaming and satellite technologies to provide an extensive range of channels and on-demand content.
  • Hybrid Radio, enabling access to FM radio stations even in regions with restricted or lack of signal.

Moreover, buyers of the 2024 Nissan Rogue SV and Platinum trims will enjoy a three-year trial period for NissanConnect Services. Utilizing the MyNISSAN mobile application, users can remotely unlock doors, initiate and halt their engines, and request roadside assistance.

Interior & Exterior Design Updates

The 2024 Nissan Rogue features a refreshed and refined front fascia, highlighting a new V-motion grille and a slightly adjusted bumper. Gloss black trim elements adorn the front and rear, along with gloss black fenders, distinguishing the Platinum as the top-tier variant. The SV trim is equipped with new 18-inch alloy wheels. Three new color options—Everest White Pearl, Baja Storm, and Deep Ocean Blue Pearl—are introduced for the upcoming compact crossover. The 2024 Rogue introduces distinctive materials and finishes for the door panels, center console, dashboard, and seats.

It’s worth noting that Nissan has not yet specified whether it plans to modify the interior materials offered with each variant. Standard cloth seating is featured on the S and SV trims, with faux leather available as an option on the SV. The two higher-end trims come with genuine leather. Notably, 2024 Rogue Platinum owners have the option to choose brown leather upholstery.
